Policing in feudal environment

It is not a question of defeat or win of an individual. WE performed our best in the adverse circumstances. Ours was global standard policing in the global world for the industrial capital of Punjab in the larger interest of common citizens. It is our choice to continue with 12th century feudal mindset of rulers or to bring total transformation. It is a choice of working for the people or for people's representatives. We opted to serve the people in general as a true public servant. So, it is not a defeat of mine as an individual. Certainly, it is a defeat of system and to improve the system WE have to clean up OUR democratic set-up.
