Grievance Redressal System made easy in Ludhiana Police

Ludhiana City Police has streamlined the Grievance Redressal System to facilitate the citizens visiting Police Commissioner’s office to ensure speedy redressal of their grievances.

CPRC (Community Police Resource Centre) located at the Police Commissioner’s office has been made Nodal Centre for Public Grievance Redressal.

A special window has been set up for Grievance Redressal (FIR & Complaints) at the CPRC.

Police Commissioner, ADCP HQ and ACP HQ have been designated to listen the grievances of the common citizens.

One of the three officers remain present in the conference hall of CPRC at CP Office from 10 AM to 2 PM to listen to the grievances of the public.

Police Commissioner himself remains present there for at least two hours depending upon the number of visitors as well as Law & Order situation in the city.

Most of the cases are decided and disposed-off on the stop. However, time-bound enquiries are marked in the complicated matters.

Our idea is to make our citizens comfortable and redress their grievances in quick and effective manner.
