There is no terror angle in Amritsar murder case of Vipan Sharma. This murder is an outcome of rivalry between two opposite gangs Shubham and Simaran. Shubham gang is behind this killing as sometimes back, Simaran killed the father of Shubham and Vipan Sharma was allegedly supporting Simaran in many ways.
