The 24th annual convocation of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur College for Women, Amritsar was held on 20 March 2016. As many as 252 students of the college were awarded Post Graduate and professional degrees on the occasion.
Prof. Nanak Singh, Principal of the College gave the introductory remarks and highlighted the achievements of students of the College.
Dr. Kunwar Vijay Partap Singh, DIG, Border Range delivered convocation address and inspired the students to come forward in the service of the society. He highlighted the role of women in various fields in the modern global era and presented a pen-picture of quality education in bringing social revolution.
At this occasion, students presented a variety of programmes based upon traditional cultural of Punjab and India. The function concluded with the singing of National Anthem.
